Force24 is inviting savvy brand-side marketers to a new-format event in London, as the marketing automation platform seeks to inspire more effective communications strategies in 2020 and beyond.
‘Personalisation: Unlocking the Potential’ is the brainchild of Force24, full-service digital agency twentysix, and the recent winner of Printing Company of the Year ProCo.
The exclusive, invitation-only event will take place on Thursday 14 November at the prestigious London members’ club Home Grown.
Hosted by Stephen Knight – formally Senior Vice-President of Marketing at Walt Disney – this thought-provoking evening will bring together some of the UK’s leading marketing experts and speakers, as they delve into the future of personalisation in online and offline marketing.
Three expert seminars will cover:
- Keeping the person in personalisation – how to get deep insights on consumers to inform messaging and creative to drive conversion, while remembering that data points, clicks, impressions and conversions all represent real people with their own personas and needs and mind states.
- The death of one-size-fits-all comms – is marketing automation the answer? – how to deliver increasingly contextualised experiences at multiple digital and human touchpoints, even when consumers switch between personas and marketers’ time looks set to become increasingly pressured.
- Don't do direct mail, do direct mail differently! – new ways to win, engage and retain customers with ‘in the moment’ direct mail marketing, in an era when online acquisition costs are rising. This session will explore how to run multiple campaigns concurrently, reach customers faster and when they want to be reached, to improve response.
Commenting on the event, Force24’s commercial director Nick Washbourne said: “As marketers we’ve been told for years that ‘one size fits all’ communication is dead, yet still we see so many professionals – even from large, well-known brands – come to us thinking personalisation is just about saying “Hello [name]” and tweaking subject lines.
“2020 is going to be extremely tough for marketers who overlook how this creative space is evolving. That’s the reason for the event name – there is so much potential to unlock in the marketing industry, which we hope we can kickstart so delegates look ahead to greater ROI next year.”
Doors open at 16:00 on 14 November. With drinks on arrival, a welcome introduction will be followed by the three straight-talking sessions, panel Q&A and finally drinks and canape to close the evening.
