London, UK – 23rd April 2019. CDK Global, Inc (Nasdaq, CDK), a provider in automotive dealership software used by 28,000 automotive retailers in over 100 countries, will be visiting Leeds based business Force24 on Wednesday 8 May as part of its nationwide roadshow to help celebrate its recently launched CDK International Partner Programme (CDKI Partner Programme). The roadshow, which is running from 29 April-10 May and will include an entourage of hospitality and refreshment vans serving muffins and coffee, will stretch from Exeter in Devon to Ashington in Northumberland.
Force24 is an inaugural CDKI Partner Programme partner, which offers potential automotive tech businesses anywhere in the UK access to the CDK core Dealer Management Systems using standardised integration points. This access benefits Partners by opening new, international, business opportunities and providing enhanced solutions to mutual customers. It offers a significant business boost to highly innovative tech companies in the UK.
The CDK Partner Programme Roadshow is being hosted by Alistair Jeff, Head of Partner Programme and Jonathan Hales, UK Partner Manager, from CDK’s UK head office, and will be visiting partners over the two-week period. Partners visited on the roadshow alongside Force24 include Autino, AutoVHC, eDynamix, 8Technology, Motor Document Solutions and Sales Master.
Partners are being asked to invite their teams to meet the CDKI Partner Programme team at each location and learn more about the next phase of the Programme. A camera crew will be accompanying the roadshow, filming key partner spokespeople about the benefits of the programme.
“It is our aim at CDK to provide the very best technology to enable dealers to continue to sell and service cars and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The Partner Programme is a crucial strategy in helping us deliver the best products to help retailers deliver this,” said Jonathan Hales, UK Partner Manager, CDK Global.
The CDKI Partner Programme has been launched at a period of rapid transformation for the automotive industry. Changing customer demands, evolving car ownership models, and growing transport alternatives (especially in urban areas) are all putting pressure on automotive retailers, who increasingly need to maximise the technology available to them to provide the best customer solutions and service possible.
With 72% of consumers saying they would visit dealerships more often if the car buying experience was improved, and 4 in 10 car-buyers reporting to have walked away from a dealership due to bad service, CDK created the Partner Programme to meet changing customer demands, joining up technology to help dealers deliver a seamless customer experience.
