Force24’s MD Adam Oldfield has joined the Chartered Institute of Marketing as a professional member.
The announcement comes at a time when Adam is increasingly speaking at industry events throughout the country. He has recently talked to delegates of the Marketing Showcase roadshow, for example, about the latest innovations in marketing technology. And his practical advice-led sessions have been so well received that he’s due to speak at the upcoming Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham and Liverpool events too. That’s before we look at the calendar for 2018 and begin our preparations for next year’s Prolific North Live!
So why was Adam keen to work more closely with the CIM?
“We recognise that a large proportion of our client base is made up of marketing professionals who want to continually progress in their careers,” explains Adam. “They want to work smarter, slicker and faster than before, by fine tuning their skills and harnessing the power of tech.
“It is this hunger to do more – better – that fuels so many of the conversations we have with our customers. But we didn’t want to limit our knowledge transfer to simply our own network. So, I’ve joined the CIM so that I can speak to more like-minded marketers who want to challenge their thinking and grow in their discipline.”
Adam is an experienced digital marketer who – with more than 15 years under his belt – combines his love for cutting-edge tech with marketing best practice at the helm of Force24. He is an outspoken advocate of the ‘less is more’ approach and a regular industry commentator on subjects ranging from intelligent multichannel marketing and holistic eCRM strategies, to GDPR, conversion optimisation and the perfect nurture sequence.
