I could reel off thousands of stats about how health, wellbeing and fitness affect an employee’s productivity. I could show you comparisons of those who exercise as part of their working day vs. those who don’t. But what’s the point? We all know that the results will show the active teams, who are exercising regularly and eating well, outperforming the inactive teams*.

The truth is, I don’t really subscribe to this way of thinking. Don’t get me wrong, keeping our people fit and healthy is a key focus for us at Force24, but not because it aids productivity, but because it’s the right thing to do.

And I’m very proud to say that I don’t think we need cheap ploys to increase the productivity of our team.
