Marketing Automation Consultant

Based close to Leeds City centre, we are a team of lead nurturing experts with a combination of creative talent, technical know-how and marketing expertise utiliising our proprietary automation platform to deliver results driven cross channel campaigns. The Role:

We are growing in size and skill, so we are looking for a hardworking, reliable and proactive Account Executive to jump on board. You’ll need to hit the ground running as we are taking on new clients and working to improve and maintain our existing relationships. You will quickly grow your knowledge and understanding of our software, becoming an expert through training and practice so a genuine love of practical technical ability is a must. You will be working with our clients and cross functional internal teams to deliver exciting client campaigns in a timely and successful manner. You will support the Account Director and/or Account Manager, and you will be responsible for the day to day functions of our client accounts.

 

 

Skills required:

 

  • Passionate about tech;
  • Proven track record in building strong relationships;
  • Quick learner, self-motivated with a  ‘can do’ attitude;
  • Ability to adapt and deal with difficult situations;
  • Strong team player;
  • Impeccable organisation skills and ability to multi-task;
  • Performance and target driven;
  • Articulate with strong attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills, (written and oral);
  • High levels of confidence, resilience and ability to work under pressure;
  • Creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box;
  • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, (specifically Excel).

 

Bonus Skills:

 

  • Experience in the digital marketing industry;
  • Previous Account Executive/handling experience.
  • Previous Marketing Automation platform knowledge/use

 

 

Qualifications:

 

BA/BSc Degree ( preferable )

 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Email, direct mail and SMS campaign journey planning;
  • Regular client training and demonstrations of new platform functionality;
  • Ongoing support for your clients on all technical aspects of our software;
  • Rapid response times on client queries via Skype and Intercom;
  • Maintaining and improving existing client relationships;
  • Supporting the Account Director /Manager with client meetings, pitches, and conference calls;
  • Developing a clear understanding of the client marketplace and client business;
  • Delivering and constantly improving client expectations;
  • Keeping communication clear between the client and Force24, at agreed intervals;
  • Delivering a great customer experience.

 

The Person:

 

You will be a passionate, energetic, hard working person who naturally fits into our busy and dedicated Account Management team. You will have the ability to add value to your team from day one by suggesting fresh and exciting ideas for our clients.

You will be technically savvy, and able to take on-board the systems, processes and tools we use to get the job done!

You will be keen to learn, develop, deliver and maintain a high standard of service to our clients.

 

Remuneration:

 

£17,000 - £19,000(DOE).

This role would suit a high caliber, degree educated candidate, with 1-2 years agency experience.

Monday – Friday: 9am – 5:30pm
